All data and information on Life Is RANTastic! is to be considered the personal opinion of Jessica The Rock Chick and as entertainment only. I do not consider myself an expert at anything except ranting and I admit, that in my advanced states of rantfulness, some of the details you read here may or may not be slightly exaggerated.

My blog is constantly in a state of transition. Sometimes we find out that what’s being reported in the news is actually not true. If I’ve written about something that we believed to be true at one time and no longer do, please forgive me as opposed to suing me. We all make mistakes at times.

Many of the images found on this site come directly from the web. If you have an issue with the use of any image on my site, please just contact me and I will remove it ASAP.

While the words written in the articles on my blog are my own (unless specifically designated as written by a guest blogger), I am not responsible for what is written in the comments. I also can not be responsible for how my words, originally written in the English language, translate to other languages.

My intention as a blogger is to do no harm. It is to laugh, reminisce, present my opinions (you don’t have to agree with me) and attempt to write humorous and entertaining pieces that may or may not make you smile. If you are in the public spotlight and do something dumb while the paparazzi is following you around, that is your own fault. I am just presenting my opinion here.

If I ever receive compensation for any posts I write on this site, they will be placed within the “Paid Reviews” category which can be found in the categories drop down box on my sidebar. Any reviews I write that I am not compensated for, will be listed in the “Reviews” category.

Needless to say, the written content and obvious personal images of my family appearing on this blog belong to me. Please do not use them without my permission.
